Job summary

Direct Meds LLC is hiring a Performance Creative Strategist / Graphic, Video & AI Designer for a fully remote role. You will lead the creative system behind paid acquisition across multiple products, collaborating with media buyers and editors to develop, test, analyze, and scale winning creative.

The ideal candidate has a portfolio of performance creative work, experience in DTC supplements or similar niches, and a strong grasp of Meta buying and AI tools to accelerate output.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a portfolio of performance creative work.
• Experience in DTC supplements or direct‑response is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Meta buying and how creative impacts scaling.
• Ability to manage a creative pod without constant founder hand‑holding.
• Ability to translate customer research into winning ad concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build weekly creative angles for 4–8 products.
• Develop 10–20+ new creative concepts per week.
• Research competitor ads, reviews, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and customer psychology.
• Create high‑converting static and video ad briefs.
• Create concepts for advertorials, PDPs, and VSLs.
• Brief video editors and other resources; iterate on concepts.
