Job summary

Maven Clinic is looking for a Creative Strategist to lead paid acquisition creative strategy. You will bridge data and production, translating insights into briefs and collaborating with brand, creators, and agencies to maintain a rigorous testing engine.

You will work across performance marketing, brand, and content, leveraging AI tools to move fast and keep velocity, with a strong emphasis on health and wellness markets.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
• Translate performance data into creative direction and actionable briefs.
• Own creative from brief through execution with designers, editors, and AI tools.
• Write platform-native UGC scripts and coordinate with creators and editors.
• Use AI tools to generate/test ad variants and expand test coverage.
• Develop a systematic approach to creative testing with hypotheses and hooks.
• Maintain high creative volume to scale paid budgets and manage asset libraries.
• Build competitive creative intelligence focused on health and wellness.
• Own UGC and influencer creative strategy and testing.
