Job summary

Expedia Group in Austin is seeking a seasoned Senior Creative Strategist to lead development of high-impact creative assets and channel strategies across paid social, display, programmatic, and related performance assets.

You will connect upstream business objectives to downstream creative output, collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Growth, and Creative teams, and drive performance improvements through testing and platform partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative strategy
• Demonstrated experience with platform partners (Meta, YouTube/Google, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Portfolio across Meta, TikTok, Google Display, DV360, App Store/Google Play, and emerging platforms
• In-house collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams and managing creative production
• Expertise in writing creative briefs and managing external agencies or production partners
• Deep understanding of creative mechanics and ad products across major paid social platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy for paid performance channels with platform-specific approaches
• Connect upstream objectives to downstream creative output across briefs and assets
• Develop channel-specific strategies with deep platform knowledge and innovation
• Ensure brand identity while meeting channel performance best practices
• Present strategy and insights to cross-functional partners and leadership
