Job summary

Blue Tees Golf is seeking a Performance Creative Lead to own paid creative from idea to execution, launch, testing, and iteration. This hands-on role acts like a one-person performance creative agency across strategy, directing, editing, and optimization.

You'll build high-volume, platform-native assets for Meta, TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and more, collaborating with Growth, Creative, Brand, and Product Marketing to drive conversion while preserving brand quality.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in performance creative, paid social, direct response advertising, or ecommerce.
• Strong portfolio showing paid social, ecommerce, acquisition, or direct-response work.
• Ability to explain the strategy behind creative work, including audience, insight, hook, hypothesis, metric.

Responsibilities

• Own paid performance creative end-to-end, including research, concepting, hooks, scripts, shot lists, shoots, editing, motion graphics, delivery, testing, learning, and iteration.
• Develop creative assets for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other paid channels.
• Plan and run content capture sessions with shot lists, talent direction, lighting, and location planning.
• Edit short-form video with pacing, sound design, typography, and motion graphics.
• Turn existing content into net-new performance assets and maintain a high-volume testing backlog.
