ForceBrands, a fast-growing consumer brand agency, seeks a performance‑driven creative strategist to craft hooks, headlines, and conversion‑focused ad copy for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.

You will turn performance data and brand strategy into practical creative direction, lead the creative testing roadmap, manage briefs and asset reviews with external agencies, and help with Amazon A+ content and marketplace assets for DTC brands.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth creative, or related role.
• Portfolio of social advertising work from concept to launch with measurable results.
• Experience briefing and collaborating with external agencies.
• Deep knowledge of Meta advertising and TikTok best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test hooks, headlines, and conversion-focused ad copy for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
• Create clear briefs for external creative and media agency partners.
• Turn performance data into practical creative direction, including messaging and audience targeting.
• Lead the creative testing roadmap across Meta and TikTok to drive results for DTC food and wellness brands.
• Manage daily creative workflow from briefing to final delivery.
• Support Amazon launch with performance-driven A+ Content, videos, and lifestyle imagery.
