Client Accelerators is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to lead creative ideation and performance across a portfolio of founder-led clients. You will manage a team of videographers, designers and copywriters, driving breakthrough campaigns that beat projected CPAs and scale wins across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles.
• Proven track record managing creative teams (copywriters, editors, designers).
• Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own creative leadership & execution, ideate concepts and launch within target cost per concept.
• Maintain a 20% win rate on new concepts launched monthly to beat CPA targets.
• Lead a team of copywriters, videographers and designers; ensure KPI achievement.
• Report weekly performance metrics and collaborate with media buyers to align strategy.
