Job summary

AEP Service Corporation is seeking a Senior Performance Management Analyst to provide performance support for the business unit, develop and monitor safety, performance, and reliability metrics, and support budgeting and variance reporting of O&M and Capital.

The role includes benchmarking studies, pricing analyses, and other profitability analyses as required. It is a journey-level position in the performance management family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, math, statistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on performance metrics for contractor performance, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, safety, workforce planning, compliance, and financial performance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, scorecards, and root cause analyses to support management decisions.
• Review invoices for accuracy and contractual compliance; liaison between units, contractors, and support organizations.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and support data-driven decision making.
• Develop and enhance automated reporting tools and compliance scorecards.
