Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft PeopleTools Developer to own the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments. You will lead upgrades, manage servers, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across development to production.

The ideal candidate brings deep PeopleTools expertise, strong Oracle and Linux fundamentals, and a proven DevOps mindset.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
Hands-on with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM.
Experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft schedulers.
Experience administering Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database administration.
Linux/Unix skills and shell scripting experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager or automation tooling.
Experience operating HA/DR for PeopleSoft.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Mansioni

Install, configure, and operate PeopleSoft environments across dev, test, training, and prod.
Lead PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image apps, and patch deployments.
Manage application servers, schedulers, web servers (WebLogic), and integration broker.
Administer Elasticsearch/OpenSearch deployments for PeopleSoft search.
Perform system copies, refreshes, and clones with durable, well-documented outcomes.
Configure database connectivity and Oracle DB tasks with DBA teams.
Implement security at application, web, and infrastructure layers.
Operate Cloud Manager or automation tooling where applicable.
Design and operate HA/DR strategies for PeopleSoft environments.
Develop automation tooling using shell, Python, or Ansible.
Monitor health, perform capacity planning, and tune performance.
Provide post-go-live support, triage incidents, and drive durable fixes.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks.
Mentor junior engineers through code/design reviews and knowledge sharing.
