Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleTools Specialist to manage architecture, installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.

The role requires 6+ years in PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration, strong scripting, and deep knowledge of WebLogic/Tuxedo/Oracle Database/Linux. This is a full-time, remote U.S. position with no sponsorship for new H-1B petitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM.
• Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle Database, and Linux/Unix.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and PeopleSoft Cloud Manager.
• Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support PeopleSoft environments.
• Perform PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image applications, and patching.
• Administer WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and application servers.
• Manage Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for PeopleSoft.
• Perform system refreshes, clones, migrations, and HA/DR activities.
• Develop automation using Shell, Python, or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and support production environments.
