Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft PeopleTools Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. This full-time, direct W-2 position offers a competitive salary and strong career growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration, with hands-on upgrades, PUM, and experience with Oracle Database, Linux/Unix, and cloud/middleware integrations. You will own architecture, installation, and operation of enterprise PeopleSoft

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
5+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
Strong experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft application/process scheduler servers.
Experience administering Elasticsearch/OpenSearch in support of PeopleSoft.
Working knowledge of Oracle Database administration.
Strong Linux/Unix skills and shell scripting experience.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager or equivalent automation tooling.
Experience operating HA/DR for PeopleSoft.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Owner of architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade and operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
Lead PeopleTools upgrades and integration with cloud/middleware platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions and drive quality.
