Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Platform Developer to own the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments. You will drive PeopleTools upgrades, image applications, security configurations, and integration with cloud and middleware platforms.

You will work closely with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to translate complex requirements into robust, production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
• Strong experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft application/process scheduler servers.
• Experience administering Elasticsearch / OpenSearch in support of PeopleSoft.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database administration.
• Strong Linux/Unix skills and shell scripting experience.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager or equivalent automation tooling.
• Experience operating HA/DR for PeopleSoft.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
• Drive PeopleTools upgrades and image applications, security configurations, and search server operations.
• Integrate PeopleSoft with cloud and middleware platforms and automate where possible.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and perform design/code reviews to raise the bar in production-ready deliveries.
