Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced PeopleTools Specialist to lead architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments. This is a 100% remote, full-time U.S. role with a $100,000–$150,000 annual salary and direct W2 employment.

Responsibilities include installs, upgrades, patching, and admin of WebLogic/Tuxedo/Process Scheduler. You will automate with Shell/Python/Ansible, manage Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, perform DR/HA

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM.
• Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle DB, and Linux/Unix.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and PeopleSoft Cloud Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and support PeopleSoft environments.
• Perform PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image applications, and patching.
• Administer WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and application servers.
• Manage Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for PeopleSoft.
• Perform system refreshes, clones, migrations, and HA/DR activities.
• Develop automation using Shell, Python, or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and support production environments.
