Job summary

ERPA is seeking a senior PeopleSoft FSCM specialist to lead functional work streams across Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay. You will triage incidents, coordinate with the Service Delivery Manager, and craft specifications with business users to drive enhancements.

Ideal candidates will have deep FSCM module knowledge, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations in an SLA-driven, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in PeopleSoft FSCM.
• Expertise in GL, AP, AR, PO, BI, INV and other FSCM modules.
• Proven experience leading functional streams of PeopleSoft projects.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Experience working in an SLA driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft FSCM (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay).
• Triage tickets and service requests, resolve and assign to development as needed.
• Support client events such as Year-End close.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager and Engagement Manager; provide incident updates.
• Create specifications with business users for enhancements and issues.
• Design, monitor progress, and test resolutions and enhancements to the application.
• Define requirements and determine optimal solutions for customer problems.
• Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and other vendors for project success.
• Share knowledge with ERPA teams and support pursuit efforts.
