ERPA in California seeks a senior PeopleSoft FSCM expert to lead functional streams across Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay. You will triage tickets, guide a project team, and ensure SLA-driven delivery while partnering with business users and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
• Expertise in core FSCM modules and broad knowledge of others.
• Proven leadership of functional streams in PeopleSoft projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft FSCM (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay).
• Triage tickets, resolve issues, and assign work to the development team.
• Support client events and work with managers to provide updates.
• Create specifications with business users and guide design and testing.
• Engage with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
• Share knowledge with ERPA teams and support pursuit efforts.
