Job summary

ERPA is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM expert to lead functional streams and work with clients on Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay.

You will triage tickets, coordinate with project teams, and help design practical solutions while maintaining strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders. Excellent communication and deep FSCM knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, BI, INV).
• Expertise in core FSCM modules and broad knowledge of others (Cash Management, Treasury, PC, Contracts, ePro).
• Proven experience leading functional streams of PeopleSoft projects.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Act as SME for PeopleSoft FSCM (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay).
• Triage tickets and assign to the development team as needed.
• Support client events such as Year-End close.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager and Engagement Manager; provide incident updates.
• Work with business users to capture issues, requirements, and create specifications.
• Design, monitor progress, and test resolutions and enhancements to the application.
• Define requirements, assess client needs, and propose optimal solutions.
• Establish strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders; act as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with project teams and other vendors for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and functional expert in the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain (FSCM) business areas such as Record to Report, Order to Cash or Procure to Pay.
• Triage tickets and service request based on service workflow, resolve tickets and assign tickets to the development team as required.
• Support client business events where applicable, e.g., Year-End close.
• Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and Engagement Manager and provide updates on incidents and service request tickets.
• Work with business users, as appropriate, to understand issues, requirements (for enhancements) and create specification documents.
• Work on design, monitor development progress, and perform system testing for incident resolutions and enhancements to the application.
• Employ best practices in defining requirements, assessing client requirements, and determining optimal solutions for customer's business problems.
• Establish strong relationships with customer's business and IT stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to the customer.
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and other vendors for successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate internally with other ERPA functional team members to share knowledge and best practices and demonstrate thought leadership.
• Support ERPA pursuit efforts with functional knowledge/experience.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain (FSCM) modules
• Expertise in core modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, BI, INV) and broad knowledge of other FSCM modules, e.g., Cash Management, Treasury, PC, Contracts, ePro
• Proven experience in leading functional streams of PeopleSoft projects
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-based environment
• Ability to manage expectations of different project stakeholders
• Have a proactive approach to problem solving
• Experience working in an SLA driven environment
