Job summary

ERPA seeks a senior PeopleSoft FSCM expert in the United States for leadership of Finance and Supply Chain modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, BI, INV) and related areas such as Cash Management and Treasury. The role requires extensive experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive functional work streams across projects.

The candidate will triage tickets, coordinate with service delivery, and collaborate with business users to define requirements, test solutions, and deliver enhancements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in PeopleSoft FSCM (Finance and Supply Chain)
• Expert in core FSCM modules GL, AP, AR, PO, BI, INV
• Broad knowledge of other FSCM modules such as Cash Management and Treasury
• Proven experience leading functional streams on PeopleSoft projects
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to thrive in team-based settings and manage stakeholder expectations
• Proactive problem solver with a track record in SLA-driven environments

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in PeopleSoft FSCM areas (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay) and triage service requests.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery and Engagement Managers; provide incident and ticket updates.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and create specification documents for enhancements.
• Oversee design, testing, and progress monitoring for incidents and changes to the application.
• Define requirements using best practices and advise on optimal business solutions.
• Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders; act as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with ERPA teams and other vendors for successful project outcomes.
• Support ERPA pursuit efforts with functional knowledge and experience.
