Job summary

ERPA is seeking a senior PeopleSoft FSCM specialist to serve as a subject matter expert in Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay. You will triage tickets, lead functional streams, and collaborate with project teams to deliver effective solutions.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in PeopleSoft FSCM, deep module knowledge (GL, AP, AR, PO, BI, INV) and proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills in an SLA-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
• Expertise in core FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, BI, INV) with broad knowledge of others like Cash Management, Treasury, Contracts, ePro.
• Proven experience leading functional streams of PeopleSoft projects.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
• Ability to manage expectations of different project stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience working in an SLA driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the FSCM areas: Record to Report, Order to Cash or Procure to Pay.
• Triage tickets, resolve issues, and assign tickets to development teams.
• Support client business events (e.g., Year-End close) and provide updates to managers.
• Collaborate with ERPA teams and other vendors for successful outcomes.
• Create specifications with business users and review requirements for enhancements.
• Design, monitor progress, and test resolutions and enhancements.
