Job summary

Collibra is seeking Senior People Technology Analysts to advance our Workday ecosystem and automate workflows across People Operations. You will own configuration, reporting, and security aspects while collaborating with IT, People, and Places to implement scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes building with iPaaS tools, AI-enabled workflows, and automation across HR processes. Hybrid in Raleigh with a path for growth and broader ownership over time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes and security.
• Experience building Workday reports or calculated fields, or strong aptitude to grow quickly.
• Familiarity with iPaaS/automation tools and ATS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build automations and agentic workflows connecting Workday, ATS, and People Tech systems.
• Own Workday configuration and security group architecture, including access reviews.
• Develop Workday reports and calculated fields for actionable data.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration and data issues across teams and deploy new functionality carefully.
• Prototype automations for Talent Acquisition and onboarding to reduce manual work.
