Job summary

Collibra Inc. is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to drive automation across Workday and related People Technology systems in a hybrid Raleigh role.

You will own Workday configuration, security scope, and reporting, partnering with People, IT, and Places, with growth into broader ownership as you deliver impactful automations. This role emphasizes ownership and collaboration across teams, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes
• Experience building Workday reports or calculated fields
• Experience with an iPaaS/automation tool such as Workato
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar)
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to solve real-world business challenges
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Building automations and agentic workflow prototypes using tools like Workato and Claude
• Owning Workday business process configuration and security group architecture
• Developing Workday reports and calculated fields for actionable data
• Partnering with People, IT, and other teams to troubleshoot configuration and data issues
• Extending automation to People Operations processes like talent acquisition or onboarding
