Chainalysis seeks a Senior People Systems & Integrations Analyst to own and evolve our people tech ecosystem, focusing on Workday configuration, integrations, and cross-system workflows. This role blends functional and technical work as AI-driven automation expands across People Operations.

You’ll shape integration architecture, collaborate with People, Finance, and BizTech, and lead end-to-end solutions that improve data integrity and user experience across HR systems.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience with Workday HCM in a techno-functional capacity.
• Hands-on Workday configuration: business processes, security, reporting, notifications.
• Proven experience building or supporting Workday integrations (EIB, RaaS, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Experience bridging functional stakeholders and technical teams.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Experience troubleshooting integration failures and RCA.
• Familiarity with automation/iPaaS (Workato) and AI-powered tools; open to experimentation.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical language.
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of enhancements across Workday and the broader People Tech stack.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM across lifecycle processes.
• Partner with People, Finance, Payroll, and BizTech to translate needs into solutions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Ensure interoperability across systems (Workday, Adaptive, Ashby, payroll).
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with external systems.
• Monitor integration health and perform root cause analysis.
• Support workforce planning and data flows between Workday and Adaptive.
• Assist testing for new functionality and product releases.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for governance and support.
• Stay current on AI/automation trends in HR Technology and recommend improvements.
