Twilio is seeking a senior HR systems analyst focused on Talent Acquisition technology. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, gather requirements, and support demos with TA and HR stakeholders.

You will analyze existing HR tech, optimize workflows, and help prevent fraud across recruitment platforms, contributing to a remote-first culture across the East Coast and beyond. You will collaborate with global teams, drive process improvements, and ensure compliant, scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR tech/business systems analysis with a focus on Talent Acquisition applications.
• Proven expertise with recruitment systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, HackerRank, LinkedIn, and HireRight.
