Job summary

eBay is seeking a product‑minded Sr. People Technology Analyst to shape and scale recruiting technology, focusing on Workday Recruiting among a broader TA ecosystem.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, TA Operations, IT, and other teams to translate business needs into scalable technology and AI‑enabled solutions. This hybrid role is based near our Salt Lake City office with 3 days onsite per week and flexible hours for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Human Resources, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of dynamic hands‑on HRIS experience including HR SaaS systems.
• 3+ years of Workday configuration experience with at least 2+ years in Workday Recruiting configuration.
• Strong knowledge of AI trends in HR tech and applicability to People Technology ecosystems.
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end recruiting solutions and data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product‑minded technology partner for eBay’s recruiting ecosystem, with Workday Recruiting as core.
• Contribute to roadmap development for recruiting tech enhancements balancing priorities and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, TA Operations, IT and others to define requirements and prioritize solutions.
• Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of Workday Recruiting for projects.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Provide production support and drive scalable improvements.
