Job summary

RGP is seeking a Senior Workforce Analytics & Data Engineer to help build and scale the People Analytics function at a leading tech-adjacent client. The role sits at the intersection of HR, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence with collaboration across HRIS, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.

You will drive analytics on headcount, attrition, recruitment and workforce planning, designing executive dashboards in Power BI while integrating Workday data and other enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in People/Workforce Analytics, BI, or Data Engineering.
• Strong Workday HCM reporting experience with dashboards and calculated fields.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics and/or Workday Data Cloud.
• Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce analytics initiatives across headcount, attrition, retention, recruiting, compensation, and planning.
• Design and build executive dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting with Power BI.
• Create scalable workforce data models, datasets and reporting structures.
• Integrate data from Workday and other systems using Workday Prism Analytics and/or Workday Data Cloud.
• Partner with HRIS, IT, and data teams on pipelines, governance, and source-of-truth strategies.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Improve data quality, metric consistency, and reporting accuracy across HR and business functions.
• Drive reporting automation and advance predictive analytics and AI-enabled decision making.
