Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ukrainian language required.
• 5+ years in HRBP or leadership-facing roles such as Head of People/HRD.
• Strong experience partnering with leaders in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on hiring, team structure, and organizational effectiveness.
• Address performance gaps early and decisively.
• Identify leadership gaps, burnout, and misalignment signals early.
• Push discussions toward decisions and tangible outcomes.
• Improve feedback quality and leadership practices across teams.
• Support scalable organizational approaches over heavy HR frameworks.
• Contribute to clearer internal documentation and AI-assisted people systems.
