You will contribute to hiring projects, interviews, and cross-functional recruiting, helping scale our HR programs. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with a remote-first approach for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in People Partner/HR Generalist roles in IT.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
