Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a proactive People Partner to drive our HRBP model across a fully remote, UK-based scale-up. You will partner with SLT and line managers to strengthen capability, diagnose issues, and embed our people frameworks while balancing commercial goals with employee wellbeing.

This fixed-term contract (14–18 months) offers a competitive salary up to £75,000, plus bonus, and a truly remote-first environment with global possibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People Partner or HRBP role, ideally in a fully-remote scale-up.
• Hands-on experience embedding the HRBP model within a People Function, especially in start-up/scale-up settings.
• Strong commercial acumen with people-focused decision making.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law, HR policy and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Embed the HRBP model across functions in a fully-remote scale-up.
• Act as strategic advisor to SLT and managers, aligning decisions with purpose and commercial goals.
• Diagnose root causes of team issues and amplify manager and team capability.
• Develop and roll out capability frameworks and feedback models for a High Performance culture.
• Pick up ER casework and provide timely, pragmatic support to managers and employees.
