Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional analytics experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative concentration) required or in process of obtaining degree by start date.
• Experience with SQL querying and data-driven analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic problem solving: identify high impact opportunities to transform the associate experience and inform solutions.
• Design: drive analytics solutions for partners, including measurement strategy and automated insights.
• Experimentation: partner with clients in experiment design to understand drivers of associate behavior.
