• Strategic problem solving: identify high impact opportunities to transform the associate experience and improve HR tools.
• Data strategy: set direction for structure and use of new data assets and self-service tools.
• Design: develop AI solutions and data products to automate insights for workforce priorities.
• Rapid prototyping: design AI-first data solutions with clients.
• Insights & analysis: analyze workforce data and extract insights to drive decisions.
