Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
• Experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs with risk mitigation and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate data into clear project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, delivering against business objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive program schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers for on-schedule delivery.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to design analyses informing operational decisions.
• Build trust with senior partners and translate people data into actionable project plans.
• Communicate across teams and align stakeholders with compelling narratives and updates.
• Bridge different parts of the organization to drive outcomes and alignment.
