Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in people strategy or change management.
• 5+ years in a people leadership role, preferably within a platform/product organization.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise executives on workforce strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business goals.
• Represent the People Team to key business stakeholders and Centers of Excellence.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Talent Strategy and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated programs.
• Influence leaders with data-driven insights to guide talent decisions and planning.
• Translate complex organizational challenges into actionable, data-supported plans.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives including organizational design, change management, and operating model evolution.
• Provide thought leadership by adopting external best practices.
• Drive cultural evolution and change management aligned with strategy and employee experience.
