Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR business partnering at a high-growth company.
• Deep experience in performance management, org development, and manager enablement.
• Strong employee relations judgment and escalation when needed.
• Evidence-based: uses data to support decisions and outcomes.
• Proven track record designing scalable people programs and changes.
• Experience supporting distributed teams across countries with employment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on team health, performance, and growth.
• Coach managers through regular check-ins and enablement programs.
• Build and run toolkit, training, and resources for repeatable management.
• Design performance processes from design to calibration and manager support.
• Support leveling, promotions, and setting clear expectations for teams.
• Guide onboarding for new hires during first 30–90 days with managers.
• Own employee relations with care and consistent handling of sensitive moments.
• Help shape culture for a distributed, AI-native services company.
