Job summary

M-KOPA is hiring a Senior People Partner to own the people agenda for our Product organisation and key global functions. Based in a fully remote role, you will partner with product, design, lending, and other teams to drive talent strategy and organizational effectiveness across markets.

You will build credibility with leaders, scale talent, and use analytics to shape decisions while embedding our culture and values in a fast-growing, mission-driven fintech environment.

Qualifications

• HR business partnering with senior leaders in scaling tech/fintech/high-growth environments.
• Experience partnering with product, design, marketing or analytics teams.
• Ability to move between very different teams in a single day.
• Strong strategic and operational planning with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise product, design and digital lending leaders, aligning people strategy with delivery.
• Own and shape the people agenda across fraud, workplaces, impact, and corporate comms/marketing.
• Develop managers and standardise people practices across portfolios.
• Turn data insights into action with people analytics and ER best practices.
• Partner with ER Centre of Excellence to manage cases across jurisdictions.
