Job summary

TestGorilla in a fully remote setup is seeking a Senior People & Talent Operations Partner to own People Ops as a product, from automation to compliance, across 35+ countries. You’ll work closely with leadership to design self-serve, AI-enabled HR tooling that scales with a lean team, while staying hands-on when required.

The role requires autonomy, candor, and a product mindset: build, test, iterate, and document self-serve processes, balance automation with human touch, and partner on payroll,

Qualifications

• Experience building sophisticated automations as core HR tech stack components.
• Multi-country payroll/compliance experience, including EOR or direct entities.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with modern platforms (HiBob a plus).
• Strong product-minded approach to designing people journeys with self-serve capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Uphold TestGorilla's behaviours and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
• Design, build and maintain an automated, AI-enabled people journey that frees up capacity for bespoke, white-glove treatment where it matters.
• Serve as the technical owner and orchestrator of the HR tech stack, ensuring tools are unified and integrated.
