Job summary

Follett Software, LLC is seeking an experienced People Partner to align product, engineering, marketing, and finance leaders around clear people plans. You will advise on org design, headcount, and change management while partnering with distributed teams across the continental U.S.

You will coach leaders and employees through complex transitions, use people metrics to guide decisions, and lead performance, calibration, and recognition processes in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience.
• Experience supporting technical teams (Product, Engineering, IT) is strongly preferred; exposure to Marketing/Finance a plus.
• Experience in fully remote or highly distributed teams with independent, asynchronous collaboration.
• Strong relationship-building, high emotional intelligence, and sound judgment in sensitive situations.
• Remote work from anywhere in the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees; be a go-to partner for candid, solutions-focused conversations.
• Coach managers and employees through complex situations such as role changes, behavior issues, and team dynamics.
• Lead client groups through core People cycles including performance, calibration, compensation, engagement, and recognition.
• Use people metrics to highlight trends and inform leader decisions.
