Acting as the primary People Partner for one or two departments, you will advise managers on performance, development, engagement, and communication while coaching through sensitive conversations and complex escalations to build trust and accountability across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in People Partnering or a senior HR role.
• Strong experience in performance management and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment legislation in at least one jurisdiction; excellent English communication.

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in People Partnering or a comparable senior HR role.
• Strong experience in performance management, employee relations, and coaching managers.
• Knowledge of employment legislation in at least one jurisdiction, with excellent English communication skills.
