Job summary

Alloy is seeking a People Partner for its Product & Engineering team in New York. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner for leaders, focusing on performance management and organizational health. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, comfort in a high-growth environment, and strong analytical skills.

Along with a competitive salary range of $155,000 to $175,000, the position offers equity options and extensive benefits including unlimited PTO, health plans, and a flexible work policy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience, including at least one year supporting a technical organization.
• Experience managing at least one direct report, with a track record of developing people.
• Strong analytical instincts to inform decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary people partner for Product and Engineering leaders.
• Drive performance management cycles end-to-end.
• Own org health in your client group by tracking engagement trends.
