Uber is seeking a seasoned People Partner to support employees across US&C Mobility & Delivery, serving as a trusted advisor to managers on performance, engagement, and people priorities.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, and capable of driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment, partnering with ER, Benefits, People Operations, Analytics, and HRBPs to deliver a consistent employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in roles like HR Generalist, People Partner, or Advisor.
• Experience advising managers and employees on complex or sensitive HR matters.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-judgment advice to managers on complex performance issues and conflicts.
• Act as HR advisor/partner to employees, managers, leaders, and manage risk/resolution.
• Provide HR guidance to solve problems, build relationships, and enhance capability.
• Use data/insights to identify trends and drive improvements in HR delivery.
• Partner with ER, Benefits, People Ops, Analytics, and HRBPs to ensure consistent experience.
• Support talent reviews, performance cycles, organizational changes, and priorities.
• Build scalable, streamlined processes by simplifying and automating where possible.
