Job summary

Uber in New York is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner leader to shape talent strategy for the X organization, partnering with senior leaders to drive scalable people programs and organizational design. You’ll manage a global HRBP team and navigate mergers, acquisitions, and cultural integration.

You will champion Uber’s values, empower decision-making with data, and collaborate with central People teams to deliver high-impact solutions across compensation, performance, and employment

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Minimum 12+ years of professional experience in HR related functions or Business Partner roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting engineering/technical organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to anticipate future business needs and talent challenges.
• Lead a team of HR Business Partners to execute core people programs and succession strategies.
• Navigate mergers and acquisitions and long-term cultural and team integration.
• Collaborate with central People teams to design and implement interventions.
• Act as a steward of Uber’s values, driving diversity, inclusion, and a thriving team culture.
• Analyze team structures and governance to drive high-impact changes.
