Job summary

Uber is seeking a seasoned People Partner to support employees across US&C Mobility & Delivery, acting as a trusted advisor on performance, engagement, employee relations, and organizational health.

You will partner with managers and leaders to apply data-driven HR practices in a fast-paced environment, drive improvements, and ensure a consistent employee experience across the US. This role requires 7+ years of HR expertise and a proven ability to influence without authority.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience or related roles.
• Experience advising managers on complex or sensitive HR matters.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder management and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-judgment advice to managers on performance issues, conflicts, and local labor standards.
• Advise, mentor, and partner with employees and managers while mitigating risk and resolving HR matters.
• Guide HR solutions, manage client needs, and build relationships to boost manager capability.
• Use data to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve HR delivery.
• Collaborate with ER, Benefits, People Ops, Systems, Analytics, and HRBPs for consistency.
• Support processes like talent reviews, performance cycles, and organizational changes.
• Create scalable, simplified, automated ways of working.
