Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support growth by pairing strategic coaching with hands-on execution in performance management, employee relations, and talent development. You will partner with leaders to advance our people strategy and manage day-to-day HR activities for your client group.

You will drive performance conversations, manage PIP design, and assist with promotions and calibration while collaborating with Talent, People Ops, and Compensation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years delivering PBP or generalist HR support.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence with people managers.
• Solid grounding in performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness fundamentals.
• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing across a client group's needs.
• Skilled at translating data (engagement, attrition, exit themes) into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with an HRIS; exposure to multiple systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on partner to managers, helping them navigate people challenges.
• Support performance management for your client group: conduct effective performance conversations and assist with PIP design.
• Support promotion readiness reviews and calibration discussions.
• Own employee relations casework, including conflict resolution and investigations.
• Analyze engagement surveys, exit interviews, and attrition data to drive action plans for managers.
• Help managers build onboarding, feedback, and career development practices.
• Assist with organizational changes (reorgs/headcount shifts) and craft communication plans.
• Partner with Talent, People Ops, and Compensation to connect groups with internal resources.
• Deeply understand the business goals and talent needs of the teams you support.
