Attain Partners is seeking a senior Data Governance leader to expand our governance consulting capabilities and grow Databricks partnerships. You will lead enterprise governance programs, design operating models, and mentor teams while advancing market-facing offerings and revenue growth.

This role blends strategy, client delivery, and partnership development within the Data Services & Analytics practice. The position emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading enterprise Data Governance initiatives or consulting engagements.
Experience designing and implementing data governance operating models, governance frameworks, and metadata management.
Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and Lakehouse architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead Data Governance engagements from strategy to implementation for enterprise clients.
Design and implement governance operating models, policies, standards, and ownership structures.
Develop data governance offerings, roadmaps, and solution accelerators.
Mentor consultants and project teams within the governance practice.
Drive business development and RFP responses for governance engagements.
Establish and grow Databricks partnership activities and Databricks-enabled solutions.
