Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience designing APIs, services, distributed systems, or cloud-native applications.
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, debugging, and production operations.
Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Leadership in technical initiatives without formal authority.
Mentoring engineers and improving engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and operate reliable, secure, scalable cloud-native applications and services.
Own complex features from problem definition to production and improvement.
Translate customer and product challenges into technical designs and plans.
Lead technical design discussions and communicate decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams to solve cross-cutting problems.
