Job summary

PIMCO is seeking an experienced People Operations Global Lead to run day-to-day HR service delivery across the Americas and to align standards globally. The role oversees core operations, lifecycle execution, case and knowledge management, and HR communications with a strong emphasis on employee experience.

Leading cross-regional collaboration with EMEA and APAC, the role requires driving operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement within a digitally enabled service model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading regional or global HR operations, service delivery, or People Operations teams.
• Strong track record of managing high-volume HR operations and core programs (onboarding, lifecycle, communications).
• Ability to balance global standards with regional localization and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Service Delivery for the Americas with accountability for operations, service quality and employee experience.
• Own day-to-day operations including case management, onboarding/offboarding, mobility and HR communications.
• Set global standards and governance for service delivery and ensure regional alignment across the Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalability of core HR programs and processes.
• Partner with HRBPs, SMEs, and Technology to optimize workflows and data quality.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and audit readiness across regions.
