Job summary

MAF International is seeking a People Services Manager to lead a new global People Services function, owning the cloud PCMS system and driving data quality, automation and self-service for 850 staff across 31 units worldwide.

You will shape service priorities, establish strong SLAs, and partner with Digital/IT and external vendors through go-live and beyond to ensure compliant, consistent and efficient HR services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-country People service-delivery teams.
• Proven track record in managing a People services/shared-services function with SLAs and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of cloud HR systems and PCMS ownership, including data quality and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of People professionals across three sub-functions, including the PCMS Specialist, building a customer-centric, high-performance culture.
• Own People Services requirements for the PCMS — service priorities, data quality and access controls — working with Digital/IT, the vendor and implementation partners through go-live and beyond.
• Run employee lifecycle services — contracts, onboarding, transitions, offboarding and records — across all units and offices, to clear service standards.
• Coordinate the People policy lifecycle — from specialist review and approval to publication and implementation; standardise where possible, localise where needed.
• Champion digital self-service and automation so staff spend time on impact, not administration.
• Turn clean data into insight: reporting informs analytics and organisation-wide decisions.
