Blank Street, Inc. is looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to be a trusted partner to our field organization, driving a high‑performing, people‑first culture across a fast‑growing multi‑unit food & beverage business.

This role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on execution, navigating employee relations, performance, engagement, staffing, and talent development while identifying trends and opportunities across the business.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of HR or People Ops experience.
• Experience supporting frontline hourly or field-based teams.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience coaching managers and partnering with leaders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores and markets.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
• Oversee onboarding and ramp-up for new hires across markets.
• Identify staffing gaps and organizational needs within markets.
• Coach and support GMs, Shift Leads, and Operations Managers on performance and team dynamics.
• Lead employee relations matters with strong documentation and judgment.
• Analyze turnover, attendance, engagement to drive proactive actions.
