MaintainX is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations. You will shape a high-impact People Business Partnership function that drives performance, engagement, and scalable growth across the business.

You will lead strategic partnerships, develop people strategies, design programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational effectiveness. Strong communication and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• CHRP designation is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years in a people business partnership or advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations leaders.
• Build and execute people strategies to improve performance and engagement.
• Design, implement, and improve people programs across performance, development, and career progression.
• Lead change initiatives and support workforce planning and talent movement.
• Use people analytics to diagnose issues and measure program impact.
• Deliver training and coaching to develop leaders and enable growth.
