Job summary

Blink Health in Seattle is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end, while driving scalable operational excellence across payroll, compliance, and HRIS.

You will partner with HRBPs, legal, managers, and employees to ensure compliant, compassionate handling of every case, and you will shape infrastructure that supports a growing healthcare tech workforce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations with LOA/Accommodations ownership.
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws.
• Experience handling high-volume leave cases with empathy and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Leave of Absence program across all laws and policies.
• Manage Sparrow-enabled leave lifecycle and communications.
• Improve processes to ensure timely, accurate leave administration.
• Monitor changes in legislation and update policies accordingly.
• Collaborate with Payroll to coordinate pay during leaves.
