Job summary

Tribe AI is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to own and scale the HR operations, benefits administration, and data systems across a rapidly growing team. You’ll configure Rippling, build automations, and drive a seamless employee lifecycle from offer to offboarding.

You will lead multi-state compliance and work authorization, partner with leadership, and act as the employee advocate in a fast-paced, AI-native company.

Qualifications

• Own HR operations and systems end to end at a rapidly scaling company (7+ years).
• Deep hands-on expertise in Rippling implementation and optimization.
• Proven experience building automation and integrations.
• Benefits administration across models (PEO, EOR, in-house).
• Experience with multi-state and international compliance, and work authorization.
• You see a need, raise it, and bring a solution.
• Value close partnership and collaboration.
• Strategic, systems thinker who can also do the work.
• Fluent with AI tools in your work, with automation examples.

Responsibilities

• Own Systems, Automation & Data: manage Rippling as truth, integrations, and reporting.
• Own Employee Lifecycle: onboarding, offers, offboarding, leaves, and changes.
• Manage Benefits, Compliance & Work Authorization end to end.
• Be the Employee Advocate and first HR point of contact.
