Thuma is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to elevate the employee experience and scale our HR systems and processes. You will own Rippling end-to-end, build new modules such as ATS and headcount planning, and partner with payroll and Finance to align data and compliance.

You’ll shape compensation guidance and reporting, manage performance cycles, onboarding workflows, leaves, and benefits, while leveraging AI to reduce manual work and improve outcomes for employees and leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in people operations with HRIS experience and 3+ years in management.
• Experience implementing new systems and processes with high impact and adoption.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, Rippling preferred.

Responsabilités

• Expand and elevate Thuma’s People Operations foundation; simplify systems and processes.
• Own Rippling end-to-end configuration, integrations, permissions, and approvals.
• Build Rippling modules over time, including ATS and headcount planning.
• Own performance review cycles and reimagine feedback tooling.
• Partner with payroll on expansion compliance and audits.
• Develop compensation guidance, leveling tools, and job structures.
• Generate market compensation data reports and job pricing.
• Administer leaves of absence, renewals, onboarding paperwork and workflows.
• Own intranet content and internal People communications.
• Maintain data hygiene across the HRIS and audit processes.
• Manage I-9, E-Verify, immigration compliance, open enrollment, and benefits.
