Tribe AI is seeking an experienced HR Operations lead to own the operational side of the people function, with Rippling as the source of truth, and to manage the full employee lifecycle, benefits, compliance, and employee advocacy.

You will drive systems, automation, and data integrations with Ashby and AI tools, while handling offers, onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and time-off to support a scalable workforce.
